AN APOLOGY: The taxiway signs do not follow standard FAA regulations. I made the signs years ago without researching the proper arrangement, and now it is too late to fix. They make sense as they are, anyway.
Installing Meigs Field into FS2004 (Flight Simulator 9)
------------------------------------------
1. Unzip this archive into a temporary folder.
2. Copy and paste the folder "Meigs06" into your "ADDON SCENERY" folder under your Flight Simulator 9 main folder.
3. Copy and paste the contents of the folder "Terrain tex" into the folder Flight Simulator 9\Scenery\Cities\Chicago\texture.
4. Start FS2004. Go to the Scenery Library, and click "Add area...". Browse to the "Meigs06" folder, select it, and type "Meigs Field" into the "Scenery Area Title" field. Make sure "Use this scenery directly" is selected. Click "OK", and exit the Scenery Library. Restart Flight Simulator.
The scenery is now installed.
NOTE: Aviation fuel is available around the fuel tanks between the southern building and the control tower.
Removing Meigs Field from FS2004
------------------------------------------
1. Start FS2004. Go to the "Scenery Library", select the Meigs Field scenery area you added, and click "Delete area". Click "Yes", exit the Scenery Library, and restart Flight Simulator. The scenery is now uninstalled from FS2004.
2. Copy and paste the contents of the folder "Backup tex" into the folder FS9\Scenery\Cities\Chicago\texture.
